About Bri
Briana "Bri" Craig (she/her/hers) prefers to write about the female experience. She has published poetry in variety of wonderful literary journals, such as the Mud Season Review, Antithesis, Plainsongs, FOLIO, Decomp, Bourgeon Magazine, Sheila-Na-Gig, and You Might Need to Hear This.
In addition to poetry, Bri loves the theatre, and while she no longer finds herself on the stage, she enjoys writing for the brave actors out there. Her first professionally published piece was an all-female play titled, Purple Ink (Pioneer Drama, 2020). Her play, Ham Sandwich Surprise, was selected for performance at the Old Courthouse Theater 10-minute play festival (2021).
Bri is looking forward to extending herself creatively and writing her first full-length novel. She credits her partner, her cat, and caffeine as her biggest supporters.
